The little details that make a ceremony meaningful

Whether you're planning a tiny, intimate gathering or a large celebration filled with family and freinds, the most memorable ceremonies and services often come from the small, personal details.
What feels meaningful to one couple or family may be completely different for another. It might be:
A favourite song/piece of music
A particular flower or a special place
A story that always makes everyone laugh
A handwritten note or letter
A child reading a poem
A video or reading messages from those who cannot attend
A ritual or tradition that meaningful to your culture or faily
Lighting candles to bring love and light into the ceremony
Singing, sharing or reading or saying a prayer together
Raising a toast mid ceremony
Acknowledging people who are important
Having your favourite four-legged canine present
Your ceremony doesnt have to fit a template, so if there is something you would like to include that may feel a little different, that's OK too.
My role is to listen to what matters to you, help explore your ideas and create a ceremony or service that feel authentic and personal. I can offer suggestions and guidance, but your wishes are at the heart of it.
For a wedding, that might mean celebrating the personalities and story of two people beginning their life together.
For a funeral, memorial or celebration of life service, it might mean finding the words, music, stories and moments that truly reflect a person and a life well lived.
A ceremony doesn't have to be elaborate to be meaningful. It just needs to belong to the people at its centre. There is no right or wrong. There is simply what feels right for you.
