Who am I?
I am a positive, friendly and compassionate Wellington-based celebrant, where I live with Rowan, my husband. We have four children as well as two gorgeous grandchildren,
plus a grand-dog who comes for regular skeepovers!
I am proud to hold a Certificate in Celebrant Studies, after completing modules through The Celebrant School on Celebration & Ceremony, Marriage & Civil Unions, Funerals and Professional Practice.
I am also a Validated member of the Celebrants Association of New Zealand which means I can conduct registry weddings, at a Lower Hutt location of your choice, or my home/garden - the choice is yours.
As your chosen celebrant, I see myself being present for you and your partner and/or your families, in moments of jubilation or grief and building a relationship with you to ensure your ceremony is genuine and memorable.
I’ve learnt to be a good listener, attentive and open to each client’s wants and needs.
I promise to dedicate myself to YOU, keeping a sense of calm, arriving well in advance before your ceremony and always make whatever life event you are celebrating a sincere and meaningful occasion. When you work with me, you will find my style is professional, organised and empathetic. Your story is personal, so it's important we get it right.
I dress to fit with your ceremony style and colour scheme.
The first step is for us to meet for a no-obligation chat and see if we're
a good fit with each other.
I hope you will let me help plan your next unforgettable event.
My definition of celebrancy
I work and live by the definition of CELEBRANCY...
"The art of listening, of hearing, of creating meaning
The delivering of ceremony with joy, with integrity, with compassion, with passion, with laughter and with sparkle.
The celebration of important transitions across the
whole of the life cycle.
The love of delivering ceremonies created from your stories
with you... for you!"
